CNC Pressing

Metal CNC pressing, also known as metal folding, sheet metal bending. The metal plate is applied a force by a press that causes it to be bend and formed the desired shape. This sheet metal can be sheet steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper…  with a maximum thickness of 20 mm.

CNC bending machine fully computer controlled and programmed. CNC bending machining process start. The bending machine will exert a great force through the bending knife, also known as the punch, to press down on the surface of the metal plate placed in the die.

When the stamping force is down, the shape of the product has angles and curvatures according to the design requirements.
